  • Wrapping knee strap below knee, placing Pressure Pad under kneecap.

    1. Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin.

  • Looping strap through buckle.

    2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.

  • Adjusting strap until comfortable.

    3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. DO NOT constrict blood flow.

  • Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

    DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
